The restaurant was good with a pleasant atmosphere, I tried delicious dishes. Magnificent and beautiful location for visiting bistros and cafés walk from the hotel.

The room was well furnished and good sized with a comfy bed, work desk, coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel television. the hotel is in a very nice modern building. - the location is wonderful and incredible, being so close to a park, the center, and the main sights.

I totally recommend this wonderful hotel with a very modern style and really good everything. the location is favorable, near a bread shop/cafe and very close to the Prater and Karlsplatz. - the rooms are stylish and functional, with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

Tasty and delicious breakfast with hot options and also nutella and great service. Favourable location for Vienna, near a business area, Krieau metro station, and the pratte messer theme park...

The hotel had good-sized and extremely pleasant rooms in a very pleasant area. the location was excellent, very close to the metro station Krieau. - the staff was outstandingly accommodating and super friendly. - the check-in process was quick. - the breakfast was savory with well-boiled eggs and a reasonable amount of food.

The gym was great, large and well equipped...like a real health club. Breakfast was very nice with good service and I give extra plus for having a large pot of coffee already at the table when you sit down so I don't have to get up 50 times for a refill.

We had internet included in our rate (which you should have if you don't want to pay 30 Euro for it!), but we still had to get a new code every day from the front desk, kind of a hassle. That's the only thing I can think of to complain about!

We had booked the room with breakfast, but unfortunately we could not take it, as we were not hungry in the morning, so we asked if we could only take a Kornspitz with ham and cheese as a "packed lunch", but we were told by an unfriendly receptionist (this was the only unfriendly employee in the whole hotel) that it was not possible. This was very disappointing considering that one pays €22,- per person for breakfast.

The staff are polite, overall.

The breakfast offers European standard food, and the location is magnificent, right next to the Congress center, and there's a great place nearby called Paw Wok Bar to chill out.
